Epho Services

The Epho Solar Services team provide operation and maintenance services for commercial solar systems as well as engineering services for the design and development of large urban power plants across commercial and industrial estates.

Epho Services ensures that the commercial solar system reliably generates electricity from the sun for the full life-time of the asset and that any issues are detected and rectified as soon as possible. Our services are predominantly provided for Epho installed commercial solar systems, but can also be applied to solar systems delivered by other solar providers.

Operation and Maintenance Services

The Epho Services team monitors, operates and maintains hundreds of solar systems in all parts of Australia. The team benefits from a centralised control room platform which allows:

  • Accurate system performance monitoring,

  • Detailed system performance analysis,

  • Preventive and reactive maintenance,

  • Regular system check-ups and upgrades as and when required,

  • The delivery of all other services required to ensure the longevity of your commercial solar system.

Distributed Energy Resource and Management

With every Epho Solar System that is connected to the gird, our clients are generating clean, renewable energy and contribute to combating climate change. Because Epho Services monitors hundreds of solar systems continuously, a large body of performance data is accumulated to steadily improve the whole operation of distributed energy resources across Australia’s electricity network.

Epho services applies the company’s technical and analytical expertise to develop sophisticated DERAM Systems (Distributed Energy Resource and Management Systems). The entire concept of DERAM is critical for the successful transition to a renewable energy future. The seamless integration of solar power with battery energy storage, as well as energy management, and in the future electric vehicle charging stations, and possible on-site generation of hydrogen will be the pathway for a sustainable, brighter future.
