aldi

ALDI are committed to transforming their stores and warehouses to renewable energy sources through solar panels and other measures, having already installed enough capacity to provide over 24MW of solar power. This clean solar energy generated every year is equivalent of not burning over 27,000 tonnes of coal or planting more than 800,000 trees or powering 6,000 homes!

Epho has a successful track record on the installation of solar panels on well over 200 stores across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. Epho has also designed and constructed megawatt-scale roof top solar systems at some of ALDI’s distribution centres across the country.

brisbane airport

Brisbane International Airport is one of the largest and busiest airports in Australia, serving over 6.2 million customers annually and occupying a site of almost 2700 acres.

With an ambitious energy reduction programme in place, in 2016 the management team embarked on a programme to install 5.725MW solar in order to move the airport’s reliance away from fossil fuel generated electricity to renewable energy.

A large scale project of this size, in an airport that operates 24 hours 7 days a week was an enormous undertaking with a great deal of complexity requiring not only technical expertise but also precise project delivery.
